When your company accepts a purchase order to sell goods or services to Universal Electronics Inc. and its subsidiaries (collectively “UEI”), or your company delivers goods or services to UEI pursuant to a purchase order, your company agrees to accept UEI’s standard Purchase Order Terms and Conditions which are currently in effect with the UEI entity that issued the purchase order.
