Universal Electronics Senior Management

UEI’s senior management represents over 35 years of combined leadership from various backgrounds and experiences.

 

Arsham Hatambeiki - Senior Vice President, Product and Technology

Arsham Hatambeiki is responsible for developing and overseeing technology and product groups across home entertainment and IOT markets. He joined UEI in 2004 as a Lead System Architect for home connectivity. In 2008 he became Director of Advanced Technology.

 

Joseph L. Haughawout - Senior Vice President, Product Development

Lee Haughawout joined UEI in 1994 while working on his undergraduate degree. He worked as a technical support supervisor and product trainer before moving into Applications Engineering. After holding various managerial roles, he became Vice President of Program Management in 2009. 

 

Jonathan Hooker - Senior Vice President, Global Sales, Retail

Jonathan Hooker joined UEI in 2006 as National Account Manager in the United Kingdom for UEI's consumer brand One For All. In 2007 he became Senior European Account Manager and advanced to Sales Director for the United Kingdom in 2009. In 2014, he became Vice President responsible for global One For All business.  

 

Hrag Ohannessian - Senior Vice President, Global Sales, Home Automation, Security and Hospitality

Hrag Ohannessian joined UEI in 1997 as an Application Engineer for the OEM Sales group. In 1999, he became an OEM Sales Manager to grow the OEM business in the Eastern U.S. He advanced to Vice President of Sales, Subscription Broadcast, OEM Americas in 2010. He was named to his current role in 2019. 

 

Raymond Ho – Senior Vice President, Finance

Raymond Ho joined UEI in 2011 as Chief Financial Officer in Asia, responsible for all finance and accounting aspects in the region.  In 2022, he became Senior Vice President, Finance – Global Operations and took on additional responsibilities to support UEI’s global operations and manufacturing facilities.  He was named to his current role in 2025, responsible for UEI’s finance aspects globally.
