Massillon Cable Picks UEI Active Support Center

When Massillon Cable of Ohio began an aggressive campaign to reach its customers regarding the upcoming switch from analog to digital, their President tapped Active Support Center for support. The DTV project would be a temporary short-term assignment which made staffing up impractical and costly for Massillon. Furthermore, physical infrastructure limitations also made internal hiring of phone staff difficult. Add that to the incremental higher costs of screening, hiring, training and managing internal staff, and the decision to outsource to Active Support became easy.
