UEI Named One of "America's Most Trustworthy Companies" for Second Straight Year

Universal Electronics was featured in Forbes on March 27, 2008 in a Special Report titled "America's Most Trustworthy Companies" by John J. Ray. UEI was named as one of "The Most Trustworthy Small-Cap Companies."
Forbes.com published the list of 100 American companies provided by Audit Integrity, who chose the companies that have "consistently released transparent accounting statements and follow conservative accounting procedures. According to Audit Integrity, these companies do not play games with revenue and expense recognition or asset valuation." UEI was chosen for the second year in a row.
