Our Consumer Affairs Call Center in Twinsburg seeks a Consumer Affairs Representative for inbound technical support calls.

• Universal Electronics Inc. develops software, firmware and turnkey solutions designed to enable consumers to wirelessly connect, control and interact with an increasingly complex home environment. Our primary markets include original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in consumer electronics and personal computing, as well as multiple system operators in the cable and satellite subscription broadcasting markets. UEI has offices in Southern California, Northern California, Ohio, and in the Netherlands.

Requirements:
• Computer literacy.
• Basic Consumer Electronics/Home Theater knowledge.
• Willingness to exceed caller expectations.
• A self-starter who can work independently.

Fast paced Technical Support Call Center in Twinsburg seeks Consumer Affairs Representatives. Starting pay $9 to $10/hr based on experience and shift availability, 90-day wage increase up to $12.50/hr or 100% paid family health benefits.
